The contents of the pestering mail from Hiro's ex are...

"Ugly"
"Die"
"Disgusting"
"Get lost"
...those are repeating every day.
On the phone,
she made me listen to the remembrance of Hiro and her.
Like,
"when I first time make love with Hiro~"
or,
"when we went there for a date~"
Every time I hang up the phone,
the calls keep coming.
If I don't answer,
or turn off the power
there are still days when the calls from dating site or prank calls keep coming and never stop.
It keeps continuing everyday without Hiro even knowing about this.
Though I am confused whether I should discuss with Hiro or not, I don't want to make Hiro being worried...
and I don't want to be involved with Hiro's ex girlfriends anymore.
If Mika is being patient,
I thought she will calm down someday.
But the pestering has no indication to stop,

defamation of being ugly and asked to die etc...
Loss of confidence and emotionally stress,
Mika is being hospitalized
